Shipping Methods

Once I receive your payment, made to order pieces usually ship in 1-5 days and 1-3 days for ready to ship items. Packages ship via USPS first class mail (2-5 day delivery time) or priority mail 2-3 days.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept exchanges, just contact me within 7 days of delivery and the item should be shipped back to me (with tracking) within 14 days of delivery. 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I don't accept returns or cancellations

The following items can't be exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Items on sale
